I’m Done Translating

I spent years softening what I knew to be true. Not anymore. No more translating dysfunction into diplomacy. This is for the ones building without asking. The Codex is coming.

I’ve spent years softening what I know to be true.
Rewriting sentences to be digestible.
Holding tension others ignore.
Smoothing dysfunction into flowcharts.
Making clarity polite.
Making truth safe.
Making myself small enough to stay in the room.

Not anymore.

I’m done translating.
If the room can’t hold clarity, the room breaks. Not me.

I’ve watched too many sharp, emotionally literate leaders shrink to stay useful.
I’ve seen systems reward silence over precision.
And I’ve participated because it was easier to be steady than seen.

But here’s the shift:
I’m not here to fix things from the middle.
I’m here to build what should’ve existed all along.

If you’re holding emotional weight while everyone talks metrics, this is for you.
If you’ve mastered the game but hate the rules, this is for you.
If you’ve been translating your truth into something softer, safer, more strategic, this is your signal.

The Codex is coming.
A system for people who stopped pretending clarity should be polite.
I’m not asking for permission.
I’m building in my own name.

Tag the ones still softening their voice.
Or better, send this to the ones who won’t anymore.
